    I’ve stayed at lots of 5 star hotels, but the service, serenity and location of the Mitchelton hotel was exceptional.
    I loved it, we went to the day on the green at the winery and stayed at the hotel as part of the experience.
    We had the most amazing weekend !!

    Room is good - decor and views - but for a high priced hotel the little things were missing. For example, when you arrive no one to help with bags or trolleys to help yourself. No towels for the pool. Breakfast is far from satisfactory. Service all round is slow. Generally the place lacks energy and a vibe, experience became painful.
